Return Period
Customers have 30 days from the date of receipt to return products for a refund or exchange, provided the items meet the conditions outlined below.

- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Certain items, such as perishable goods, personalized products, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
Return Process

Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for assistance. We will cover all associated return and replacement shipping costs.
